— One Platform, Two Families
The Ever-Power Round Baler Range for India
India’s agricultural residue challenge demands purpose-built baling technology — not temperate-market imports retrofitted for paddy straw. The Ever-Power 9YG round baler platform was engineered from the ground up for abrasive, long-fibre, high-silica residues, then scaled into two product families that cover every Indian tractor class from 48 HP smallholder machines to 135 HP commercial rigs.
Both families share the same patented axial-flow feed throat, induction-hardened roller steel, sensor-controlled density module and tensioned net-wrap binding. The difference is scale: Large Round Balers (6 models, 75–135 HP) produce 300–500 kg bales for commercial biomass and brick-kiln supply chains. Compact Round Balers (2 models, 48–95 HP) produce 200–400 kg bales sized for manual handling, last-mile trucks and FPO-scale operations.

Shared Across Every Model
Patented Axial-Flow Feed
Cam-free, guard-ring-free intake geometry doubles feed rate against conventional designs and reduces stalling on long-fibre paddy straw.
Induction-Hardened Rollers
HRC 58–62 surface hardness on every Ø222 mm roller. Resists abrasive silica dust in rice and wheat straw that destroys softer steel in a single season.
Sensor Density Control
In-chamber transducer alerts the operator at target density — 100–200 kg/m³ across paddy, wheat, maize, sugarcane and pulse residue. Repeatable bale weights for offtaker contracts.
Tensioned Net-Wrap Binding
Clean bale surface for safe 3–6-tier flatbed stacking. Roll sizes 1.0 m (compact) and 1.25–1.4 m (large). 2000 m roll length standard.
CNC + Robot Welded Frame
Laser-cut sheet steel, automated welding, electrostatic powder-coat finish. Dimensionally repeatable across every serial number — spare parts fit the first time.
Factory Acceptance Testing
Chain tension, roller runout, hydraulic pressure and PTO concentricity — measured and recorded before any round baler leaves the production line.
— Crop Coverage
Every Indian Residue, One Round Baler Platform
Both the kharif (Jun–Nov) and rabi (Dec–Apr) harvest windows are revenue-producing seasons with the 9YG platform. Offtakers include biomass power plants, brick kilns, cattle-feed traders, mushroom growers and dairy co-operatives.
For standing-stalk crops (corn, sorghum, millet), the 9YG-1.0C compact round baler eliminates the separate windrowing pass entirely.

Round Baler FAQ
Should I choose a large or compact round baler?
If your tractor is 75 HP or above and you supply biomass plants or brick kilns, a large model (300–500 kg bales) maximises payload per truck. If your tractor is 48–95 HP and you bale for dairy feed, FPO operations or small-plot collection, a compact model (200–400 kg bales) fits your logistics chain without overloading your machine.
What crops can these round balers handle?
All 8 models process paddy straw, wheat straw, maize stover, sugarcane trash, napier grass, soybean residue and pulse stems. The 9YG-1.0C compact model additionally handles standing corn, sorghum and millet stalks via its 20-claw hammer head — no windrowing required.
What is the patented axial-flow feed?
A cam-free, guard-ring-free pickup geometry unique to the 9YG platform. It draws residue into the chamber at more than double the intake rate of conventional round balers, while reducing blockage frequency on long-fibre paddy straw. The same patent covers both large and compact configurations.
Are these round balers eligible for Indian government subsidy?
Yes. All models qualify under the Central Sector Scheme on Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization for In-Situ Management of Crop Residue. CHC operators typically receive 80% subsidy. We provide all required pro-forma invoices, technical brochures and certificates for DDA filing.
What warranty and service is included?
Every machine ships with a 12-month structural and driveline warranty. Frame, gearbox, PTO shaft, hydraulic cylinders and chamber rollers are covered. 24-month extended warranty available. On-site commissioning, English operator manual, wear-parts starter kit and dedicated WhatsApp service line are included for all Indian deliveries.
How are machines shipped to India?
CIF terms to Mundra, JNPT (Nhava Sheva), Chennai and Kolkata are quoted on request. Delivery timeline, insurance and unloading guidance are included. Inland transport from port to district is arranged on a case-by-case basis.
